You’ve spent endless hours with the sales team working your way through 100’s of options, fittings and finishes for every single room, it’s no doubt been stressful and overwhelming at times but here it is in all its magnificent glory and understandably you want the world to see it and show it off, but there’s something niggling you in the back of your mind that the hand over team wanted you to do whilst they were whisking you around the house at a million miles an hour and that was to compile a snagging or defects list.
They rarely make a big thing of it because they don’t really want you to find too much that’s wrong as everything you find, big or small, they have to come back and put it right at their expense.

Having spent all of my working life in the construction industry (almost 40 years), I have been involved in many projects both domestic and industrial from planning stage through to hand over to the client.

I have numerous qualifications in the built environment and my licentiateship of the City and Guilds Institute.
​
For the past 25+ years, I have worked as a Site Manager gaining extensive knowledge and experience in the industry including the ability to spot all kinds of shortcuts and shoddy workmanship that so-called tradesmen and women call a finished job.
