Our snagging services are designed to help you identify any defects or issues that may exist within your home or building, including:

How it works
At a mutually agreed time I will visit you in your new home and spend as long as it takes to comprehensively compile a detailed snagging list for the whole of your property and the grounds it sits in, preferably as close as possible to the day you complete and pick up the keys and if possible before you move your furniture in, but it's not a problem if your completely moved in.
Once I have completed my snagging, I will go through it with you and show you my findings, highlighting any major issues found.
Photos of all the snags will be taken as I go around with notes attached ensuring better clarity for the Site Manager to instantly identify the snags and their location to avoid any confusion.
From initial enquiry to the point you are happy your snagging list has been actioned by your builder I will be there for you every step of the way, if you need me to be.
Rest assured that our journey together doesn’t stop the minute I hand over my snagging list, far from it, I’ll contact you regularly to ensure you’re getting the service you deserve from your builder and they are actioning you’re snagging promptly and effectively. If required we can arrange for me to re-visit you if there are things concerning you about the standard of workmanship you are getting or the service in general you are receiving.
